some people think that they have to know everything about faith in order to follow Jesus Christ.
but we all know you don't have to know much about food in order to be nourished.
you don't have to know about vitamins.
you don't have to know about how those things nourish your body.
you just eat food and you grow physically.
and in the same way, if we want to grow spiritually, we have to eat Jesus's flesh and drink his blood.
the specific the specifics of how it works I'm not really exactly sure.
but I do know that if we pray and if we ask Jesus to increase our faith, if we ask him to help us spiritually grow, he does help us grow.
and so if you want to grow in the truth, I encourage you just start eating Jesus's flesh start drinking his blood.
stop worrying about all the specifics.
just as a child can eat cereal in the morning and not worry about how it nourishes them, they just know that it does!
