Be a Light for Jesus Be On Watch and Don't Waste Time
I want
to read to you what Jesus said about being a good example, being a light unto
the world and not wasting our time.
“Let
your waist be girded and your lamps burning, and you yourselves be like men who
wait for their master when he will return from the wedding, that when he comes
and knocks, they may open to him immediately. And are those servants whom the master, when
he comes, will find watching. Assuredly
I say to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will
come and serve them. And if he should
come in the second watch, come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed
are those servants. But know this, that
if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would
have watched, and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore you also be ready for the Son of Man
is coming, an hour you do not expect.”
A lot
of Christians are wasting their time. They're wasting their time on their
phone, playing games, video games, games on their phone. Instead of watching and praying and being salt
and light to the world, they're wasting their time. Every single person that has ended in hell,
wishes they had another opportunity to be a light for Jesus, to warn their
family not to go to hell, to warn their friends not to go to hell. They just wish they had your opportunity that
you have on top of the earth. Will you
use that opportunity, or will you waste it?
