Well, praise Jesus today, everyone. It truly is a blessing to be in the will of the Lord and to be a light shining for him. As disciples of Jesus, we are called to be lights shining for others, to say encouragement to others, to be above reproach and to be holy and righteous.

The question is, what does it actually mean to be holy and righteous? Does that mean that we just suppress evil? Does that mean we just learn to have a filter on our mouth? You know, in the world, you would do good as a businessman, if you know just how to suppress the words that you use in your everyday life around certain people. So you use certain language around certain people to impress them. But if you know you're around someone that doesn't curse, you don't curse. If you know you're around someone that enjoys cursing and dirty jokes, then you tell dirty jokes and you curse. So you you learn to be a chameleon.

But as disciples of Jesus, it's not about impressing people or just having a filter on our mouth or just suppressing certain language around certain people. But it is about our input. Remember how Jesus spoke about food. But he wasn't really speaking about food. When he was speaking about what goes into the body and what goes out. He was actually speaking about what goes into your mind and into your heart. Because those things that you put into you and allow into you visually and through your ears, those things will come out through your language and through your actions.

In the world, people just try to suppress what is already in them and they talk about, you know, having a filter on their mouth. But for us who follow Jesus, it is about our input. You know if you're spending time watching tiktok, and you're putting dirty jokes into your mind, you're putting sexual perversion into your eyes and your ears. Likely what you're going to be talking about to others are dirty jokes and things that are sexually perverted. And it will be all that you can do just to suppress that. Because those are the things that you purposely have been putting into your mind through your eyes and your ears. And those things go into your heart and that's what you will become. You will become a sexual pervert.

But if in the morning and throughout the day, what you're filling yourself up with are the thoughts of the Holy Spirit.  Because you're praying and asking the holy spirit to teach you and guide you. You're asking him to help you remember the things that you read in the bible. You're asking him to help you just remember all the things that he spoke, so that you can live upright. Then what is likely going to come out of you are the bible verses that you read, the visions that you had as you were praying, the dreams that the Holy Spirit gave you, the words of encouragement to encourage others that came from the spirit of God.

That is what it means to be sanctified, what it means to be holy and righteous. It means that you are set apart only for the work of your Master, that is Jesus Christ. You're not set apart to be hearing dirty jokes or the things of the world, or to just become a businessman or someone great in this world. But you are set apart for the work of the Kingdom of God for your master Jesus Christ. And what it means to be righteous is to never let anyone else be using us as a tool for their kingdom or their purpose.

We're not tools in the hands of Satan. We're not to be used and sanctified for the purpose of the world. But we are to be sanctified and holy, set apart for the Kingdom of God, to be vessels of honor used by Jesus Christ all the time. And we cannot be holy and sanctified if what we're putting into us is garbage of the world.

Right now I am in school. It's a certain trade school. And I just see how perverted people are. They're always listening to evil music, always listening to rap and rock, and joking around. They're full of perversion. And even people that call themselves Christians are always laughing at dirty jokes always saying things that are inappropriate. And I find myself in this position just to be a light however I can.

We're not to be intrusive to anyone. We don't need to bash the bible on anyone. But we certainly can just stand up for what we believe in in Jesus Christ when we are asked and when those opportunities arise. We are called to be holy, pure and sanctified, not laughing at dirty jokes not laughing at things that are inappropriate, not joining along with people that are of the world.

But we are to be salt and light. And the way that we do that is by making sure that we are filling ourselves with the Spirit of God, not the spirit of the world, not the spirit that are on YouTube or Tiktok or facebook. All those things are demonic. The spirit of the world is the spirit of Satan. And so is the spirit of the flesh.

We need to be of the Holy Spirit. So I encourage you, to put on righteousness, be filled with the Spirit of God, have on the full armor of God, and let Him guide your thoughts, guide your actions, guide the things that you say. And when you're filled with the Spirit of God, what will come out of your life are the words of the Holy Spirit, not the words of the world.

What have you been putting into your mind, into your ears? What have you been watching? What have you been looking at? Is it the things of God? Or the things of the world? May the grace of Jesus be with you!
