       作为耶稣的门徒，我们每个人都需要慢慢地说，快快地听，慢慢地动怒，但要快快地饶恕。

       我想把耶稣的兄弟雅各在雅各书1章19-27节中谈及的内容读给你们听：

        各样美善的恩赐和各样全备的赏赐都是从上头来的，从众光之父那里降下来的；在他并没有改变，也没有转动的影儿。 他按自己的旨意，用真道生了我们，叫我们在他所造的万物中好像初熟的果子。我亲爱的弟兄们，这是你们所知道的。但你们各人要快快地听，慢慢地说，慢慢地动怒， 因为人的怒气并不成就　神的义。 所以，你们要脱去一切的污秽和盈余的邪恶，存温柔的心领受那所栽种的道，就是能救你们灵魂的道。只是你们要行道，不要单单听道，自己欺哄自己。 因为听道而不行道的，就像人对着镜子看自己本来的面目， 看见，走后，随即忘了他的相貌如何。 惟有详细察看那全备、使人自由之律法的，并且时常如此，这人既不是听了就忘，乃是实在行出来，就在他所行的事上必然得福。若有人自以为虔诚，却不勒住他的舌头，反欺哄自己的心，这人的虔诚是虚的。 在　神我们的父面前，那清洁没有玷污的虔诚，就是看顾在患难中的孤儿寡妇，并且保守自己不沾染世俗。(雅各书1:17-27 和合本)

我们需要确保自己在上帝面前保持清洁、谦卑，并且时时刻刻都有耶稣基督的爱在我们里面。我们的言语和行为是公义和圣洁的呢，还是我们容易生气、容易诽谤他人、容易贬低他人？我鼓励你在你的上帝面前正直、清洁地生活，每一天都完全降服于圣灵的工作。愿耶稣的恩典与你同在。

 Don’t Be Easily Angered and Sin

Each of us as disciples of Jesus need to be slow to speak, quick to hear, slow to anger but quick to forgive.

 I want to read to you what James the brother of Jesus said in James chapter 1:19-27; “So then my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God. Therefore, lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. But be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away and immediately forgets what kind of ma he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tong ue but deceives his own heart, this one's religion is useless. Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.” 

We need to make sure that we are keeping ourselves pure, humble before our God and having the LOVE of Jesus Christ in us ALL the time. Are we righteous and holy in our language and in our actions or are we quick to become angry, quick to slander others, quick to put others down? I encourage you to live upright, PURE before your God and every day be fully surrendered to the work of the Holy Spirit. May the grace of Jesus be with you.
